Biography

Blessed Samuel Joe-Andah was born in Ghana, but he and his family moved to Australia shortly after, first living in Melbourne then moving to Sydney with his family when he was in his teens, settling in Quakers Hill. He spent his high school years staying up late creating beats in his bedroom studio, and found fame in 2010 with Better Dayz which was produced for a HSC music assignment. He was signed to Sony-owned record label later that year. He has since made songs with artists such as Israel and Jessica Mauboy.

Andah originally played drums in local punk bands. He first began experimenting with rap in 2005 and started collecting equipment to produce beats in his bedroom. Miracle produced the track "Better Dayz" for his HSC music composition, which his friends also shot a music video for. Uploading it onto YouTube, the track became popular through word of mouth and saw Miracle get over 16,000 fans on Facebook, gain over 100,000 views on YouTube, and his song was played on Sydney community radio station FBI. Catching the attention of record labels, Miracle signed with Sony Music Australia and his first single "Better Dayz" was officially released to radio. Currently in Sony Music Australia's studio recording his debut album, Miracle has also been a supporting act for many rappers including Big Boi, Lupe Fiasco, and Maseo on their Australian Tours.

In early 2011, Miracle toured Australia as a performer in the SupaFest hip hop festival. [2]
